Ashleigh brings a more intimate take on concrete residential development to Vancouver’s Oakridge neighbourhood. Developed by Peterson Group, the community is made up of three reinforced-concrete buildings with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, all connected over a shared parkade. The result is a boutique-scale development designed to add new housing to one of the city’s fastest-evolving neighbourhoods.

ETRO joined the project early, using pre-construction to pressure-test the design before work hit site. Through value engineering, constructability reviews and early procurement planning, the team identified smarter ways to build while keeping the design, budget and schedule working together. That early collaboration helped turn the project vision into a practical path to construction.
