ETRO has been selected to build the 486,000-square-foot Four Seasons Ocean Club Resort Residences, a luxurious collection of 67 turnkey private residences in the Bahamas managed by Four Seasons. Located on Paradise Island in the Caribbean, near Nassau, this ambitious project features four towers—three six-story and one nine-story—built on a two-level podium housing parking, back-of-house facilities, restaurants, a spa, fitness center, and other luxury amenities.

Expected to complete in 2028, the project presents unique challenges due to its remote location, requiring precise coordination and procurement management. In addition to working with Florida-based client Two Roads Development and New York-based Access Industries, ETRO has partnered with Bahamian-based Woslee Construction, leveraging their local expertise, equipment, and resources alongside ETRO’s advanced pre-construction and project management capabilities. This collaboration, strengthened by previous successes, is poised to deliver a world-class residential experience.
