Two full floors of a high-profile downtown office tower were stripped back and rebuilt into a modern tenant space, including completely renewed elevator lobbies. The renovation transformed the 12th and 14th floors while working within the constraints of an active commercial building where day-to-day business could not stop.

That meant construction had to stay tightly controlled from start to finish. ETRO phased the work around ongoing operations, with strict noise, dust and access measures and daily communication to keep tenants informed and building services running. The result was a major interior transformation delivered with minimal disruption to the people working just beyond the hoarding.
