ETRO is currently transforming a two-storey commercial space in the heart of Surrey City Centre into a welcoming, integrated health and social services hub. Located directly across from Surrey Central SkyTrain Station, the renovated space will be jointly occupied by Pacific Community Resource Society (PCRS), and Fraser Health, each with distinct program requirements.

The design focuses on creating a flexible environment that supports independent operations while fostering collaboration between both organizations. ETRO’s early involvement supported strategic demolition, phased design coordination, and ongoing cost control to maintain schedule and budget alignment.

Current construction work includes key infrastructure upgrades such as enhanced mechanical systems, civil tie-ins, and electrical improvements. By applying a collaborative and proactive construction management approach, ETRO is helping deliver a high-performance facility that will serve as a vital resource for the Surrey community.
