Foundry Surrey transformed an existing two-storey commercial space into an integrated health and social-services hub in the heart of Surrey City Centre. Built for Pacific Community Resource Society and Fraser Health, the space was designed to support two organizations with distinct programs while creating a flexible environment for shared care and collaboration. Its location directly across from Surrey Central SkyTrain Station makes those services easier for the community to access.

Turning an existing commercial space into a high-performing health facility required significant infrastructure upgrades behind the walls. ETRO used early demolition, phased design coordination and close consultant collaboration to work through new mechanical, electrical and civil requirements while keeping the evolving design aligned with the project plan. The result is a welcoming, connected facility built to support critical community services under one roof.
