Spanning 50,000 SF across 2 levels, our renovation scope of work consisted of upgrading 32 existing classrooms and learning spaces to accommodate current programming. Our team completed the modernization of 10 washrooms and 2 end of trip facilities to reflect current occupancy loads, theater accessibility improvements to the stage area, upgrades to existing corridors and common areas, and lastly, upgrading both the mechanical and electrical systems.
