ETRO Construction partnered up with PCI Developments in yet another endeavor, but this time going residential. Under the City of Vancouver’s new Moderate Income Rental Housing Pilot Plan (MIRHPP), we transformed the gateway into the city, with two 16 storey mixed use residential towers. The project was aimed to lessen the rental market supply gap by providing an additional 188 new units.

ETRO’s collaboration on this project started at a very early stage. We joined forces with multiple subcontractors to provide expertise and finalize the design of the two structures under a true Design Assist delivery model. Together we consulted on the design of the project’s envelope, roofing, window wall, masonry, as well as mechanical and electrical layout.
