This Low Tide Properties tenant improvement is designed around one big idea: make the workplace worth coming to. ETRO provided pre-construction services and is now building the space, including a standout rooftop amenity with panoramic views of the city and North Shore Mountains. A shared patio and rooftop meeting room extend the workplace beyond the office floor, creating space to connect, host and take in the view.

The project moves from early planning into construction with the same focus on making the design practical, coordinated and buildable. By carrying pre-construction knowledge into delivery, ETRO is helping turn a highly considered workplace concept.
