CAPILANO INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADES

ETRO is serving as Construction Manager for the pre-construction planning and phased delivery of major infrastructure upgrades at Capilano University’s North Vancouver campus. The scope includes watermain and high-voltage electrical distribution, along with civil restoration, landscaping, offsite works, mechanical room improvements, and low- and medium-voltage electrical upgrades.
