The Burrard Group Head Office is a 10,700 square foot tenant improvement offering a new home to the group’s employees. Perched on the 8th floor of the Burrard Building in downtown Vancouver, the update involved multiple significant changes throughout the project, and featured intricate millwork, reveal details, and high end, custom hardware. While navigating difficult logistics and site dynamics, ETRO’s solid relationship with both the client and designer made navigating these hurdles a collaborative, creative experience in exploring interesting solutions and doing things differently; a space that the ETRO team truly thrives in.
