At ETRO Construction, we’re a family. Since opening our doors in 2015, we’ve been committed to creating a business built on integrity that’s focused on people; our team members, our clients, vendors, partners and contractors all have a valued voice and an equal role in our success.

Our long term goal for ETRO Construction is to provide diversified construction services to our partners in an ever-changing construction market; where technology and a new generation of construction professionals forever innovate the way we build. And, where communication, partnership, and a dedication to excellence in customer service continue to set us apart.

We rally and unite around the values that drive our business and connect us as contributors to something meaningful:

Driven by a deep care for leaving places and people better than we found them, we treat everyone we work with as part of the ETRO family, and we extend that same love and respect to the communities and environments we work in.

Our superpower is our curiosity. Thinking outside the box to seek a better way to build, and brave enough to ask questions that challenge the norm in pursuit of creating dynamic solutions and building differently.

You’ll get the same version of the ETRO crew out in the community, on a job site, in a meeting, or over a beer. We’re real people with a passion for our work – and bring honesty, humanity, and humility to everything we do. We’re real builders.

We’re fearless with technology and using it to disrupt how we build today. We are driven to be leaders of change as we innovate how the future of our world is built.

It’s all part of our legacy: we’re building the future through transparency and collaboration.

We see a greater opportunity to impact the world beyond our projects. ETRO is proud to work in partnership with the BC Children’s Hospital to elevate their work in the world:

Etro Construction is a proud supporter of BC Children’s Hospital (BCCH) Foundation through the Building for Kids Signage program along with other fundraising efforts throughout the year.. The placement of a sign at many of our sites showcases this support and a commitment to the ongoing health and wellness of children in British Columbia. We will team up with trade partners and clients to raise money for BCCH with every project we build; these partnerships in fundraising allow us to create the biggest impact possible for the foundation.

Principal Mike Maierle also contributes his time and expertise to the ongoing fundraising initiatives of BCCHF through his active participation as Chair of the 2018 Miracle Weekend, Real Estate and Development Committee.

BC Children’s Hospital is the province’s only full-service, pediatric acute care hospital and serves the one million children living in BC and the Yukon. Funds raised by and donated to the foundation are used to support BC Children’s Hospital, Sunny Hill Health Centre for Children and the Child and Family Research Institute.
