A burst of fresh energy in the Broadway business corridor, the exterior revitalization of 1285 Broadway involved a complete renovation of the 9 storey office tower facade and surrounding plaza area. ETRO teams navigated working in an active jobsite through thoughtfully coordinated workflow, bringing new paint, new metal cladding, sun screens and shading devices and new courtyard landscaping to the building with as minimal impact to the tenants of the building possible.

Working in a high traffic area throughout some of the most challenging weather months of the year, and with unforeseen challenges surfacing along the way, ETRO created an exceptional client experience by maintaining rigorous safety and cleanliness standards, creative solutions for winter installation to mitigate delay, and communication early and often with sound opinions and solutions when challenges arose.
