Our specialized tenant improvement division is delivering renovations at The Arbutus Club, a private members' facility in Vancouver, focused on improving the performance and appearance of the pool building. Exterior work includes replacement of the roof membrane, while interior upgrades involve new pool liners, tiling, lighting, and grates across the main pool, hot tub, and tot pool. Additional enhancements include concrete repairs, updated wall treatments, and other refinements to ensure a refreshed experience for club members.
