ETRO is honoured to partner with Hogan’s Alley Society in bringing the vision of 796 Main Street to life—a landmark development that will serve as a home, a cultural hub, and a beacon of resilience for Black Vancouverites.

Currently in the pre-construction phase, this 12-storey, 108-unit project represents more than just a building; it is a space for reclaiming, rebuilding, and thriving. Rooted in history, this development acknowledges the legacy of Hogan’s Alley, once a vibrant Black neighborhood in Strathcona before its displacement in the 1970s due to urban renewal.
