Completing this high-end custom build out while the hotel was freshly occupied and navigating the additional challenge of working on another contractor’s active site, the Victor stands out as a project where communication, agility and innovation ensured timely delivery and added value for the client.
Delivered on schedule in early December 2017, the ETRO team optimized their time by clarifying any questions early on, using 3D scans to detect potential clashes prior to commencing the project, and recommending local suppliers to reduce shipping time for millwork and other features; getting ahead of unknowns and allowing for a more integrated design intent throughout.
