A fairly standard tenant improvement project, the 5,800 SF space features an elegant lounge and eatery nook, with a beautiful feature wall showcasing Roblox’s logo. Multiple conference/board rooms line the passageway to the office’s open concept working area. Transparent and open, the design is highlighted with a neutral palette, and glass. Our team was very happy to have a hand in helping this rapidly growing gaming company and create a new home for them locally, so much so that the project was ready to go ahead of schedule with zero deficiencies.
